How do Lovepop cards work?
Our cards use Kirigami, a traditional art form of paper cutting and folding. Each card is designed using computer-aided software, laser-cut for precision, and then hand-assembled to create a stunning 3D sculpture that pops up when opened.
Can I include a personalized message inside my card?
Yes! We offer a 'Sign & Send' service where you can type a custom message and upload a photo. We will print it inside the card and mail it directly to your recipient for a small additional fee.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your card to arrive for a specific occasion or holiday.
Do I need special postage to mail a Lovepop card?
Most of our standard 5x7 cards require two 'Forever' stamps or one 'Butterfly' stamp due to the weight and thickness of the 3D sculpture. We recommend checking with your local post office for specific mailing requirements.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your pop-up art. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
